This statement informs visitors and users of www.pulowi.es (hereinafter, THE WEBSITE) of the policy our company follows when processing the data received through this website. The aim of our privacy policy is to comply fully with current personal data protection legislation. All of the above in compliance with Article 11 of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (Ley Orgánica 3/2018), and Articles 12 to 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter, GDPR).

In accordance with Article 14 of the GDPR, the USER is informed that data is collected through contact forms or subscriptions and stored in a file for the sole purpose of sending electronic communications, such as newsletters, new blog posts, commercial offers and other communications that PULOWI® considers of interest to its USERS. Fields marked as mandatory are essential to fulfil this purpose. The data may also be used to respond to requests made by USERS.

5. EXERCISE OF ARCOP RIGHTS: ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, ERASURE, OBJECTION AND PORTABILITY

Individuals who have provided their data through the website may contact its owner to exercise, free of charge, their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability regarding the data held in its files, in accordance with Article 12 et seq. of Organic Law 3/2018.

The quickest and simplest method is to log into your user account and modify your data or delete your account directly. Any information we are required to keep due to a legal or contractual obligation will be blocked and used only for those purposes instead of being deleted.

8. DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROCESSORS

Data processors external to the above controller:

  • PULOWI® has contracted hosting services from: Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland.
  • For newsletter management and email marketing, PULOWI® uses the services of KLAVIYO (Klaviyo, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, New Castle, Delaware, 19801, USA), which is covered by the Privacy Shield framework for data transfers from the EU.

Privacy policy of the tracking sources used on this site: Google (Analytics).

The Website also studies its users' preferences, demographic characteristics, traffic patterns and other aggregated information, in order to better understand who makes up our audience and what it needs. Tracking our users' preferences also helps us show you the most relevant advertising.
